Administrative Assistant

Role Overview:
Paid staff position for 6 hours per week spread over a five day period
Supervised by Operations Director

Organized, efficient, accurate, and thorough
Ability to work independently
Strong, consistent follow-through on details
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite products and ability to learn new systems

Job Requirements:
Administrative support for the annual Gala
Deposit and log checks
Assist with onboarding and out processing of employees
Serve as a register for events and activities as needed
Respond to emails, phone calls, and website inquiries within a timely manner
Maintain files and records for employees, the building, and other administrative functions of the church
Maintain documentation for various projects and operations including but not limited to the annual pledge drive, attendance, and giving data
Responsible for the expense report process – collecting reports and receipts
Process check requests
Assist with mailings
Gather and consolidate data for reporting as requested
Assist Operations Director and Co-Pastors as needed
Ability to log hours worked

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
