Invest in Launchpad in 2021

We know 2020 has been full of the unexpected for all of us. As we navigate what it means to be the church amidst all the challenges of this year, we’re more grateful than ever to have a network of partners going through the journey with us.

In 2020, Launchpad has co-hosted multiple opportunities to connect with and care for faith leaders.

In early March, we co-hosted a Spring Rest Retreat for faith leaders in Phoenix, Arizona.

"The Launchpad spring retreat for me was an oasis. It provided a place of rest, connection, and revival in the desert spaces. I often refer to my deconstruction and reconstruction process as "desert spirituality." I've felt alone, afraid, and disconnected. This retreat provided a respite for me. A place to gather around life-giving theology with others. It was a gift to be connected, loved, and valued by others before the world tipped on its side."

Launchpad coaching client and Co-Founder of Desert Voices

By mid-March we were hosting weekly support calls for faith leaders on Zoom, a space to talk with peers about what churches are doing in response to the challenges of this year and to walk alongside each other through the highs and lows of leadership.

We’ve pivoted our focus onto coaching and are currently serving new and existing communities across the country in everything from discerning to launching and relaunching their churches or digital faith platforms.

"Working with Launchpad has been life-changing for myself and my organization! Their coaching and guidance is thoughtful, compassionate, and effective. They have and will continue to help us expand our reach and be a positive influence in many more lives!"

If 2019 was a foundational year for us, then 2020 has been when we’ve started to see our work yield results. We believe we have so much more to offer in 2021, so many more people to partner with and resources to develop. We’re talking to a number of leaders and communities around the country who want to work with us but who don’t have the financial resources to do so.

This is where we hope you’ll come in…

Our goal is to raise $60,000 from individuals and churches to help us keep growing in 2021. We want to:

  • Work with new planters who can’t yet afford coaching services
  • Coach and consult leaders attempting to grow and sustain their communities
  • Hire a grant writer to help us apply for foundation grants and gifts
  • Build up our resources library with inclusive planting resources from our work and our partners’ wisdom

The exciting news is that we’ve already secured $20,000, but we need your help to raise the remaining $40,000. Would you commit to an on-going gift or a one-time gift to help us reach these goals?

You can set up a recurring gift below, mail a one-time check, or reach out to talk more about how your investment can help Launchpad grow in 2021.
